The invention relates to feeding devices for a centerless machine equipped with a rotating head for a round material in the form of rods, wire h tubes, consisting of at least one pair of feed rollers. A feeding device for a centerless machine with a rotating cutting head is known that contains at least one pair of feed rollers C. However, in the blanks that are machined on such a machine using a feeding device of known design, the shape of the curvature takes place along an arc. This phenomenon remained unrecorded while the blanks were straightened in a straightener that was directly connected to the machine and stood in line with it. If the curved billet is to be somewhat bent, then irregularities often arise that require a hand hold or special machine-technical precautions. All this does not provide an approximation to the straight line of the longitudinal profile of the bar, which reduces the quality of the processed; rod. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the processed rod. The goal is achieved by the fact that the feed rollers are set at an angle of 1-10 to the direction of movement of the material. In addition, the rollers of the second pair of feed rollers are installed under a large angle of inclination to the direction of movement of the material than the rollers of the first pair. Figure 1 schematically shows a centerless machine with a feeder; Figure 2 shows the feed rollers with the tensioned billet; in FIG. 3, view A in FIG. 2; in FIG. 4, the tension between inclined set feed rollers, the blank in section; Fig. 5 shows the processed blank. The centerless machine 1 comprises a bottom 2 device 2 and a cutting head (not shown) mounted rotatably in the housing 3. At the exit of the machine, there is a tension trolley 4, which alternatively takes on the feed movement of the workpiece 5 or complements it. The feeding device 2 has two pairs of 6 and 7 rollers. Rollers 8 and 9 pa & 6 roller synchronized in their radially directed relative to the workpiece 5 movement. The rollers of the roller pair lie on exactly opposite sides of the workpiece. A sub-device keeps each billet coaxially with the cutting head of the cutting head. Rollers 8 and 9 of roller pair 6 are set obliquely relative to the direction of the workpiece 5. Roller axes 10 form an angle less than 90 with the center line 11 of the workpiece 5. Beside the rolls of the two-roll leveling machine, they are set obliquely to the workpiece. The opposite rolikr of the same pair have the same installation angle relative to the workpiece, but with the opposite sign. In order to center the workpiece well, the rollers preferably have a prismatic profile. The rollers 12 and 13 of the pair of feed rollers are set at a greater angle of inclination to the direction of movement of the material of the workpiece 5 than the roller of the pair b. The angle of inclination of the roller pairs relative to the center line of the workpiece can be directed toward the cutting head in order to distribute more evenly the cutting moment on all the rollers' bets. The installation angle of the rollers lies in the zone more than 0 and less than 10, preferably about 3. The phenomenon of bar bending should be removed by o6b by the fact that in places 14-17 of the roller / of the rollers and the workpiece 5 there is so much pressure that the boundary zones are strengthened . If the rollers according to the invention are mounted obliquely, a screw-shaped form of the workpiece 5 arises, so the reinforced zones of the material pass along a helix. The invention provides protection of the workpiece from changes in its longitudinal shape, which improves the quality of the bar being machined. Claim 1.
